Big Brothers Big Sisters of Australia - Mentors for young peopleJust about to leave for the day’s ride – it’s a cloudless blue sky and already quite warm.
We have an easy 111 kms today after getting 30 kms ahead yesterday.
Jack turns sweet 16 tomorrow in Broken Hill.

In September 2008, 15 year old Jack Sinclair and his dad Brendon, will cycle 4,500 kms across Australia (from Perth to Surfers Paradise) in just 30 days.
The ride will be used to raise to help raise funds for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Australia - a fantastic organisation who match up mentors to children who need a positive role model. Let's give a helping hand.
Cycling legend Robbie McEwen is our Ride Ambassador and said:
"For a young man of just 15 years of age to undertake this huge journey with the discipline and commitment he is showing is inspiring."

Hi team,
sounds like you are travelling very well. I loved the fact that someone handed Brendon a microphone – nothing more needs to be said really – my imagination does the rest. We all know how much he loves the spotlight, and I’m not at all surprised about the ammount of monney collected into the hat.
Happy birthday to Jack for tomorrow. I hope you all have a wonderful day. Be sure to spoil our boy – there are not too many teenagers out riding for charity on their birthdays – he is a great young man and we admire his generous spirit and enormous strength.

It is actually September 27th today Brendon.
So someone totally oblivious top the consequences handed you a microphone. I suspect the people of West Augusta Football club were paying to get you off the microphone.
