I have a soft spot for people who do what you’re doing. In 1976 I rode solo from Ayr to Perth when there was still around 300 km of dirt road on the Nullarbor. It was an unforgettable experience which I told in “Two Wheels, Dust and Flies”, published last year and available from Zeus Publications (sorry, couldn’t resist getting a plug for the book in). Everyone should do it!
I shall follow your ride with interest. Good luck gents, and to pinch the words from Star Wars, “May the tailwinds be with you”.
