Just about to leave for the day’s ride - it’s a cloudless blue sky and already quite warm.
We have an easy 111 kms today after getting 30 kms ahead yesterday.
Jack turns sweet 16 tomorrow in Broken Hill.

What a generous team at De Bortoli Wines!

Hi team,
sounds like you are travelling very well. I loved the fact that someone handed Brendon a microphone - nothing more needs to be said really - my imagination does the rest. We all know how much he loves the spotlight, and I’m not at all surprised about the ammount of monney collected into the hat.
Happy birthday to Jack for tomorrow. I hope you all have a wonderful day. Be sure to spoil our boy - there are not too many teenagers out riding for charity on their birthdays - he is a great young man and we admire his generous spirit and enormous strength.

So someone totally oblivious top the consequences handed you a microphone. I suspect the people of West Augusta Football club were paying to get you off the microphone.
